Project Outline: Ten years after Japan’s worst triple disaster, much of Fukushima Prefecture’s coastal area remains inhabitable. However, as decontamination progresses, plans to welcome former residents are underway. Shiitake Creative took part in a two-day press tour in Fukushima Prefecture’s coastal line to learn about the recent developments and report on findings. The article describing the press tour and educational options for people who wish to experience the area was published in one article in Japan’s English news website, Japan Today.
